JJ Lambert is an active real estate Agent/Broker, consultant, investor, and developer with nearly two decades of experience. JJ’s focus is on outstanding customer service and creating long term relationships with his clients. His background and knowledge of real estate market makes him the Realtor of Choice. JJ began his career in real estate with an emphasis in the acquisition of bulk raw land that would then be subdivided and sold via in-house financing to end consumers. As his real estate company began to thrive and grow, he transitioned into dealing in institutional assets with many of the major banks throughout the US. Paradigm Land Company, founded by JJ, has facilitated in the liquidation and rehabilitation of hundreds of distressed assets. At one point, JJ built the number one sales team for residential real estate in Santa Barbara, CA, with over one hundred million dollars in closed transactions. JJ has an expertise in structuring strategic partnerships, he founded numerous companies that develop income producing investment properties and assisted in the rehab or new construction of over 100 properties. In addition to his real estate work, JJ also has a vast knowledge of sales and marketing, owning several successful startups and holding a top sales position in a public company. He carries his experience forward in his real estate career by providing unsurpassed marketing for his clients as well as exceptional negotiating and contractual skills. Adding strength to JJ’s roster of qualifications is his portfolio of personal real estate investments. JJ considers family, faith, and charity, pillars of the community. He volunteers with several non-profit organizations and has helped raise millions of dollars for local charities. He also sat on several Committees and Board of Directors JJ’s personal interests include boating, golf, water sports, snowboarding, and traveling with his son and daughter.
